Description
LEASING CONSULTANT- Cedarwood /Akron OH
Candidates Demonstrate competency with Microsoft Office; preferably ONESITE, JENARK, YARDI or other property management software required. Strong organizational and communication skills required. The candidate must be able to work effectively as a member of a diverse team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must have Apartment Leasing experience and be responsible for the following:
Assist Property Manager with administrative functions of the property management office.
Communicate and follow up with the residents, home via telephone, emails, and faxes.
Collecting rent and follow-up on delinquencies.
Assists in tenant certification, selection, re-certification and applications.
Assists in Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs in a timely manner.
Familiar with Preparation, updating,completion of resident files and other reports as required.
