Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must have Apartment Leasing experience and be responsible for the following:
****Apartment Leasing Professionals - Conventional and Tax Credit
- Assist Property Manager with administrative functions of the property management office.
- Communicate and follow up with the residents, home via telephone, emails, and faxes.
- Preparation, updating,completion of resident files and other reports as required.
- Collecting rent and follow-up on delinquencies.
- Assists in tenant certification, selection, re-certification and applications.
- Assists in Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs in a timely manner
- Submit monthly vouchers to HUD through TRACS.
- Familiar with Tax Credit preparation process (some knowledge, will train)
- Identify any unsafe working or living conditions for employees and tenants.
Benefits: Hourly wage $12 to $14/hour (tax credit)
