Job Description

Qualifications:

• Plumbing: faucet install, angle stop replacements, leak repair, water heater replacements
• Carpentry: drywall repair, door frame/baseboard replacement, painting
• Electrical: outlet install, circuit breaker panel repair, ceiling fan installation, lighting repair
• Appliance repair and troubleshooting
• Heavy lifting
• Groundskeeping
• Reliable transportation to and from the site.
• Effective communicator.
• HVAC and CFC Certification optional, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Complete unit turnovers and make-ready checklist.
• Appliance troubleshooting and repairs, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs/installations.
• Apartment unit drywall patches and minor painting.
• HVAC: Troubleshooting central air condition and heating units. EPA certification may be required.
• Daily maintenance work order.
• Report to maintenance supervisor and community manager.
• Perform maintenance projects and tasks as directed.
• Respond to resident's maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, Mon - Fri
• On call
• Some weekends
